Wide Temperature Range DC-DC Converter

Customer presented the requirement to develop a high-efficiency DC-DC converter for an electricity meter able to store sufficient energy for a radio communication device capable of proper operation from -20 deg. C up to 85 deg. C inclusive. Goal was accomplished via advanced engineering design techniques and was subsequently patented as a result of the successful design.

Mil-Spec Power Supply

Customer had a requirement to produce an LED lighting strip to replace an existing fluorescent tube system meeting the stringent requirements if the Mil-Spec EMI/RFI requirement but robust enough to meet the air cargo rating for impact. Accomplished despite several attempts from other companies unable to achieve the goals.

Compact Reverse DC-DC Converter/Charger

Customer needed a high efficiency back up power supply solution that did not utilize battery technology, had low mass and a small packaging footprint. The product goals were achieved utilizing a single power converter operating in the charge and discharge configuration, thus saving significant cost and space.
